Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Although we do our best to dispatch items the next working day, our standard dispatch time is 2-3 working days unless stated otherwise (such as pre-order items or customed orders).

Delivery

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked 48 hours. This means that once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and your item should be delivered within 2-3 working days. Once your item has been shipped it is then under the responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you on time and safely. If you have any problems with the courier, please contact them directly in the first instance to try and resolve. Alternatively we can also open up a claim with the courier our end in an attempt to resolve the problem.
